Jessica Ascencao became the first ever National Field Hockey Coaches Association's (NFHCA) First-Team All-American in New Paltz's program history. She was also named to the Synapse Sports All-America second team. The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Field Hockey Offensive Athlete of the Year and Rookie of the Year Keirra Ettere has been selected as the 2021 Division III National Rookie of the Year by the website Synapse Sports as well as being named to both the NFHCA and Synapse Sports' All-America second teams.
In addition, New Paltz, the SUNYAC Field Hockey Coaching Staff of the Year was honored as the 2021 Coaching Staff of the Year for Region III.
