BROCKPORT, N.Y. - Geneseo captured the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) men's indoor track and field championship with 237 points, Saturday at Brockport's SERC Field House. This is their fifth straight SUNYAC title and 12th overall. Cortland finished second while Brockport was third.  


Individual Awards:

The Men's Co-Most Valuable Performers of the meet goes to Aaron Jones of Cortland and Nick Andrews of Geneseo 

The Men's Most Outstanding Performance of the meet goes to Kieran Sheridan from Geneseo


All-Conference

The All-Conference first, second and third teams consist of the top three finishers in each event. (View full list here)


Elite 20

The SUNYAC Elite 20, is an award modeled after the NCAA ELITE 90 program, which recognizes the true essence of the student-athlete by honoring the individual who has reached the pinnacle of competition at the conference championship level in his or her sport, while also achieving the highest academic standard among his or her peers. The 2022 award winner for men's indoor track and field is Geneseo's Zachary Gauronski who holds a 3.97 GPA in chemistry.
