SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected Brockport's Anna Felice as its PrestoSports Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week for the week ending January 9.
After missing six games with an injury, Felice returned to the lineup for Brockport this past weekend and continued her career year. In her first game since November, Felice scored 20 points and had a season-high five assists in the win over Oneonta. She shot 5-of-11 from the field, 3-for-6 from beyond the arc, and 7-for-9 at the foul line. The next day she had 17 points and four rebounds in a close loss to New Paltz, as Brockport is now 8-4 overall and 3-3 in the conference. Felice is leading the team with a career-high average of 17.7 points per game, which is second in the SUNYAC.
