Cortland, Geneseo, and Potsdam Teams Share #BreakTheStigma Quotes

CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) continues to participate in the inaugural NCAA Division III Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) mental health social media campaign. On day three teams from Cortland, Geneseo and Potsdam are sharing inspirational quotes.

This campaign serves as a platform for student-athletes, administrators, coaches, staff, and support networks across the country to start the discussion, speak out on, and break the stigma surrounding mental health. The goal of this campaign is to use social media to create a dialogue and communicate the benefits of normalizing mental health.
