CORTLAND, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected Buffalo State's Liv Lebaron (Corning, N.Y.) as this week's PrestoSports Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week.
The SUNYAC's leading scorer led the Bengals to a 3-0 week, averaging 26.0 points, 12.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 4.7 steals. LeBaron had a double-double in all three games with 20 points and 14 rebounds in a win over Brockport, 31 points and 12 boards against Plattsburgh, and 27 points and 11 rebounds in the victory against Potsdam. LeBaron moved into sixth on Buffalo State's all-time scoring list with 1,175 points in just three seasons as a Bengal.
