Cortland and Brockport men's ice hockey teams won first round games Saturday night to advance to the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) semifinals on Wednesday, March 2.
The fourth-seeded Red Dragons topped No. 5 Fredonia, 5-1, while the sixth-seeded Brockport upset No. 3 Plattsburgh, 7-6, Saturday night. Cortland will travel to No. 2 Oswego and Brockport will go to No. 1 Geneseo, Wednesday at 7 p.m.
