SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) has selected Geneseo's Jack Cimorelli as its PrestoSports Men's Swimmer of the Week and Brockport's Mark Eaton the Diver of the Week.
Cimorelli helped Geneseo set a new pool record in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:33.43. He also finished first in the 100 breast and 200 back with times of 57.68 and 1:58.44, respectively.
Eaton won the 3-meter diving competition on Saturday at Oswego as he posted a first-place score of 229.95. He also took home the top honors in the 1-meter dive as he posted a score of 243.30 to earn 18 total points on the board for the Golden Eagles on the day. Eaton was also the opening leg of the second place 200-yard freestyle relay for the Golden Eagles. He was a part of 22 team points for Brockport on the day.
