SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Ezra Ruggles from Geneseo has been named the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) PrestoSports Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.
Ruggles outkicked the competition to finish first in the Mike Woods Invitational hosted by Geneseo at the National Warplane Museum on Saturday afternoon. Ruggles led the Knights to a first-place team finish, winning the 8k event with a time of 24:10.3.
